Assen Dyulgerov has extensive professional experience in the fields of legislation, administrative law and process and public administration.
Assen Dyulgerov is a consultant and participant in Open Government Initiative of USAID (DPK Consulting US) – public procurement management and integrity, during 2005 – 2007.
Assen Dyulgerov has in-depth knowledge and experience in:
- project management – technical assistance contracts, including legal aid under the World Bank Program for development and implementation of an Integrated Information System for Cadastre and Property Register and its subsequent upgrade financed by EU projects (contract with the Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and cadastre from 2007 and a contract with the Registry Agency from 2008 and 2018-2020).
- Public Procurement Management and Integrity, as a consultant in the USAID Open Government Program (DPK Consulting US, 2005-2007) and subsequent participation in corporate consulting structures.
- Medical law and bioethics as a lawyer and consultant, incl. in EU-funded projects abroad.
