The Law Firm Won a Case Regarding Prohibited Agreement/Concerted Practice for Supply of Airline Tickets (Cartel)

During the period 2014 – 2016 Dyulgerova & Penkova Law Firm represented a leading Bulgarian tourist company before the Supreme Administrative Court in a lawsuit initiated on the basis of an appeal against a decision of the Commission on Protection of Competition for imposition of property sanctions for violations of the Competition Protection Act in the form of a prohibited agreement and/or concerted practice, through manipulation of a public procurement award procedure related to supply of airline tickets (cartel).

The lawsuit finished in 2016, while by a final judgment of a 5-member panel of the Supreme Administrative Court the decision of the Commission on Protection of Competition was repealed in its part concerning the company represented by us.
